National Single Window in Poland

IT-sea has been contracted to support the Gdynia Maritime Office on the National Single Window development in Poland. The project's goal is to implement the Directive 2010/65/EU: applying new ways of electronic communication between maritime administration and the shipping industry.

IT-SEA supports RIS implementation

IT-sea has awarded a contract to work with the Inland Navigation Office in Szczecin on the implementation of the River Information Services on the Odra river. The contract is valid until the end of 2015. The scope of duties includes: project management, IT consulting and technical support coordination.

Low-cost VHF safety network

The idea is to create an open framework supporting network of VHF scanners watching the marine channel 16VHF. Automatic detection system acts when a distress call is received and forward it to the nearest rescue centre. Main goals are price (~250euro) and power consumption (~1Wh) per node.
